6. Credit Card Pre-authorization
The Guest hereby authorizes Fogliano Hotel to perform a pre-authorization on their credit card at the time of check-in or booking confirmation, as a guarantee for:

Any extra charges not settled at the end of the stay;

Damage caused to the room or the property's facilities;

Unpaid amounts or penalties provided for by the cancellation policy.

The pre-authorization amount does not constitute a final charge and will be released at the end of the stay, except in cases of legitimate and documented charges.
