The Fogliano Hotel New Life enjoys a privileged and exclusive location: it is located in Latina, nestled within the Circeo National Park, directly on the seafront and set between the fine sand dunes and the shores of Lake Fogliano.
From Rome (approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes): Take the SS148 Pontina towards Latina. Continue until the exit for Latina Centro/Mare. Follow the signs for "Latina Mare" or "Foce Verde/Capoportiere". Once you reach the seafront (lungomare), continue south (towards Sabaudia) until Piazzale G. Loffredo.
From Naples (approx. 2 hours): Take the A1/E45 towards Rome, exit at Frosinone and continue on the SS156 "dei Monti Lepini" towards Latina. Then follow the signs for the seaside (Lido di Latina).
Parking: The hotel has a free private outdoor parking lot. A covered garage is also available upon request (for an additional fee).
The nearest railway station is Latina Scalo (Rome-Naples line).
From the station, you can reach the hotel by taxi (approx. 20 minutes) or by local public transport buses (lines heading towards Mare/Sabaudia, operating mainly during the summer).
Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA): about 60 km away. It is the most convenient airport for those traveling on domestic or low-cost flights.
Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO): about 85 km away.
Transfer Service: Upon request, the hotel organizes a private transfer service to/from the airports (paid service).
From Latina City Center (Bus Terminal): You can use the local urban bus lines (CSC) that connect the city center and the bus terminal with the seafront. Look for lines heading towards Foce Verde or Sabaudia (Capoportiere stop). Note: service frequency increases significantly during the summer season.
From Rome (Laurentina): Take the COTRAL intercity bus towards Latina. From the Latina bus terminal, you will then need to change to a local bus heading towards the sea.
